Here are a couple of reminders in preparation for your event:
1.Please provide & designate parking for convenient unloading & loading of equipment
2.If performer is to provide sound system; please provide access to electrical outlet near performance area
3.If performance is outdoors, please a provide shaded area to avoid sunburn & heat exhaustion for guests as well as performer
4.Please designate a private & secure dressing room (separate from area being used by guests)
5.PLEASE NOTE:Performers dance in bare feet; performance area must be on a dry, safe and level surface
