KAHANA HULA LUAU SHOWS
Kahana Hula Dancers Connecticut
“Hula is the language of the heart
and therefore the heartbeat of the Hawaiian people.“

These are the words of King David Kalakaua, the last reigning king (1874-1891) of the Hawaiian Kingdom; a patron of Hawaiian arts, especially music and dance.

The main goal of Kahana Hula Polynesian Cultural Arts is to perpetuate the Hawaiian & Polynesian culture for future generations as well as to share the Aloha Spirit (traits of character that express the charm, warmth and sincerity of Hawaii's people) with audiences across New England.

Audiences of all ages, toddlers through mature adults enjoy the interactive program of music, stories, song and dance while learning the history, legends, culture and language of Hawaii, New Zealand, Samoa and Tahiti.

From a solo performer to a cast of dancers performing Hawaiian, Tahitian, Maori Poi or Samoan Fire Knife dances with  Hawaiian music band, "Three Finger Poi," Kahana Hula will bring the Spirit of Aloha to your community,  school or organization.
